Message	When I went to have my 2k2 repaired after a minor accident I was new to the area I lived in (Maryland) and called the BBB to investigate local shops. I was faxed literally 20 pages of complaints and information about every shop that I inquired about. I was very pleased, and the service was entirely free. I went to shop that had been in business for years without a single complaint and got a top notch job from them. However, I have not lodged a complaint with the BBB, nor am I aware of the process involved.
